The playground environment includes a live telecom lab as well as the necessary tools and support for partners to pilot services. The lab provides you with access to telecom assets through simple, standard API’s.
Insight to service development
This portal will provide you information about our lab environment and how to develop and deploy your services on the lab. You will find descriptions of telco assets and APIs as well as tutorials on how to use these assets to enrich your services. All this information and tools are assembled in the playground toolbox. Some of the toolbox content will be publicly published, but to get full access and download all the information, you will need to be registered as a playground user.
And it’s so easy to become a user; just fill in the playground registration form, and you will automatically receive your username and password.
Test and deploy your mobile services in playground lab
If you want to deploy and test your services in the playground lab, you need to become a playground partner. Access to the lab environment is restricted to our partners, and enables them not only to deploy their services in our telecom environment, but also to promote them in the playground showroom. The showroom audience will primarily be key decision makers in Telenors operational companies. Currently the playground lab includes assets like Messaging, Location and Payment, providing our partners with capabilities to send and receive SMS, send and receive MMS, get location and payment.
To become a partner and get access to the lab, fill in our partner application form. Here you will be requested to fill in information about yourself, your company and the service(s) you are interested in launching in playground. Every application for playground partnership is individually considered and approved by the playground team.
After completing the partnership process, you will be provided with a username and password to the lab, and the playground team will support you in the process of implementing your services in the lab.
